The HDFC Smart Achievers Program, in association with Manipal Global Education Services, is a 12-month Post Graduate Certificate Program in Life Insurance designed to kickstart careers in one of the fastest-growing industries today. The program features 4 months of Virtual Instructor-Led Training, a 2-month paid on-site training at any HDFC Life office, and a 6-month paid internship for hands-on industry experience. Open to graduates, this program offers a perfect blend of theoretical and practical knowledge, ensuring a smooth transition into the insurance sector while earning as you learn. 4 months Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT)
Two-month on-site training at any HDFC Life office with a monthly stipend of INR 5,000.*
Six-month internship at any HDFC Life office with a monthly stipend of INR 20,000.*

On successful completion of the Program, you are confirmed as a HDFC Life employee and continue in the same channel
Real-life exposure to a corporate work environment.Interaction with mentors.Opportunities to practice and develop selling and customer Interaction skills in a safe environment using simulated scenarios. From OJT onwards, you will be assigned to any of the 3 following sales distribution channels: Agency, Bancassurance or Direct as per HDFC Life’s discretion.During Internship (six months), you will be assigned to any of the 3 following sales distribution channels: Agency, Bancassurance or Direct as per HDFC Life’s discretion.Post successful completion of the Program, you will be confirmed as a HDFC Life employee and continue in the same sales distribution channel.
